As a CEO of Pacific, Kumar Shwetabh is responsible for all aspects of business including business development, client relations management, operations management, training & transition, quality management and Profit and Loss (P/L) management of the organization.

Kumar is a veteran of US healthcare outsourcing industry and has lead and managed large healthcare outsourcing engagements of hundreds of employees and multi-million dollar in revenues in his past assignments. His strengths include designing and implementing cost effective outsourcing solutions for healthcare industry, managing large multi location operations, client relationship management, business process reengineering and optimization to maximize organization’s and client’s profit and business development.

Prior to joining Pacific, Kumar was Executive VP with G.E. USA, Inc. - a large healthcare outsourcing consultancy and advisory firm based in San Francisco and was managing the outsourcing activities between several US based hospitals and clinics and their outsourcing partners in India, Philippines and other parts of the world.

His other leadership positions in healthcare outsourcing industry include Associate V.P. of a multi location, very large medical billing company headquartered in New York and Director of Globerian, one of the first medical coding and billing companies of India, now a subsidiary of Salt Lake City, Utah based Mediconnect Global. Kumar has also worked for a Connecticut, US based Fortune 100 health insurance company and successfully migrated and set-up their offshore claims processing and help-desk unit in India.

Shwetabh is an active member of healthcare related associations of the US and is an active participant of healthcare trade shows in the US like HFMA, HBMA, MGMA and RBMA. He was also an honorary editor of a very prestigious US based healthcare magazine. Due to his invaluable contribution to the BPO industry, Shwetabh was profiled by The BPO Times magazine as one of the most promising BPO leaders of India.

Shwetabh received his Bachelors in Information Technology from Utkal University, India and is an MBA in Marketing & Finance.

Vivek Gaur co-founded Pacific and has a wealth of experience in managing people, projects, and operations across technology, consulting, and Outsourcing.

With two decades of extensive experience and fortitude for unravelling uncharted territory, Vivek as Chief Peoples Officer is responsible for overseeing the global human resources function at Pacific. In this role, he drives the company’s human capital management strategy – including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement programs to shape business strategy, identify human capital implications, and design and deploy people practices to enhance performance, productivity and profitability.

A firm believer that innovative ideas come from Team Pacific and that a talented workforce is the cornerstone of Pacific being successful, Vivek is passionate about employee development and leads people initiatives across all offices.

Vivek graduated in Physics before doing his MBA. He is an avid sports enthusiast.

Sanjay DrabuSanjay Drabu

Sanjay Drabu Co-founded Pacific and is currently the CFO. He is known for his excellent project execution skills. He is finance professional with over two decades of experience spanning the entire gamut of finance, including Business Finance, Controllership, Global Compliances, Domestic & International Taxation, Treasury, Risk Management, Strategic Initiatives, and Legal and Secretarial.

Sanjay has been a strong proponent of Corporate Governance and is the company's primary evangelist for the "Best Practices of a BPO Enterprise".

Throughout his career, Sanjay has been highly acclaimed for his visionary leadership. He is also a philanthropist, and heads the CSR activities at Pacific. He is also the founder and trustee at OM Foundation an NGO focussed on educating the underprivileged (www.omfoundation.org).

Sanjay, an MBA finance and has interests in Yoga and Spirituality.

EVP - Sales

Brian leads business development and sales at Pacific Global. He brings more than 13 years of experience in US Healthcare Industry and overall 20 years of experience in developing and marketing Software as a Service Applications across multiple industries.

Brian was CEO and co-founder of MedAppz, LLC, an Electronic Health Record and Practice Management Company Co-Headquartered out of Wichita, KS and Naples, FL, where he was responsible for overseeing the sales, overall design and development of the Company's software as well as daily operations of the organization.

Prior to Co-Founding MedAppz, LLC in 2003, Mr. Lichtlin was Chief Technology officer for Mediavue technologies in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where he designed the Point of Sale System for Subway Restaurants.

Mr. Lichtlin resides on several Health Information Technology Boards as a consultant and specializes in areas such as Interoperability, Security, and Functionality for numerous Health IT Companies.

Mr. Lichtlin also volunteers a great deal of time to charities such as the Lupus and Breast Cancer Foundations of America as well as helps physicians in the ambulatory care market implement health and wellness programs.

His interests include Tennis, Golf, Fishing and Boating.

Vivek Bahri is Executive Vice President and Chief Quality Officer at Pacific. Vivek oversees process competence creation, technology direction, SLA compliance and transition strategies for Pacific's practices for healthcare industry. As the leader of Pacific Labs, a unique corporate investment in process reengineering, Bahri aids in building well-informed teams on best practices, giving Pacific a competitive edge.

In this role, Bahri spends one-on-one time with the Top-50 leaders at Pacific on their 'personal-professional' issues to expand leadershipcapacity and build readiness for making Pacific a metric driven gold standard company. In addition, Bahri works at the grassroots by makinghimself available to its 15 Communities of Practice that foster organizational learning, innovation and volunteerism within the organization.

Previously Bahri was Vice President and headed the quality function at Centrica's India Operations (better know as British Gas). Prior to which, he worked with Fidelity (erstwhile eFunds) for over five years in Indian and US, where he headed the operations in the Payments Vertical serving over 300 banks across USA. He also had very successful stints with Hewlett Packard (HP) and China Trust Commercial Bank.

Vivek Bahri is a CFA and holds an MBA from the XLRI. He is a Six-Sigma Black Belt and his hobbies include trekking, yoga and meditation.
