As the CEO of Pacific BPO, an Access Healthcare Company, Kumar Shwetabh is responsible for all aspects of company’s business including business development, client relationship management, operations management, training & transition, quality management and Profit and Loss (P/L) management of the organization. Additionally, Kumar is the President of Hospital Business at Access Healthcare.

Kumar co-founded Pacific BPO in 2010 and within 8 years, he grew the company from zero to 2,200+ employees. In August 2018, Access Healthcare acquired Pacific BPO to create one of the largest healthcare revenue cycle management service provider organizations with over 11,000 people.

Kumar brings over 15 years of rich experience in sales, account management, transition, and operations management supporting US healthcare provider customers. He has successfully designed and implemented outsourcing solutions for various large hospitals and RCM companies and managed multi-location teams of hundreds of employees and multi-million dollars in revenues. Prior to founding Pacific BPO, Kumar has worked in leadership roles at a Fortune 100 - US-based health insurance company and US-focused revenue cycle management companies.

For his outstanding contribution to healthcare outsourcing industry, Kumar has been profiled in various magazines including the Silicon Review magazine and the BPO Times.

Kumar holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management In his free time, Kumar loves reading, writing, traveling and is a movie buff.
