As the Director of Client Relations at Pacific BPO, Stephanie Tejada has managed US Office Operations and Client Services over the last 7years. In this role,  Stephanie focuses on building and managing relationships with senior executives in hospitals, physician billing companies, and physician practices.

Stephanie has been in the clinical and healthcare administration field for the last 12 years, with expertise in end-to-end practice management and revenue cycle.

Stephanie graduated from Berkeley College with a degree in Health Management and is also a certified CPC/Billing through AAPC.
