JOB LOCATION: NOIDA, INDIA
JOB DESCRIPTION
Schedule appropriate training sessions for new and existing employees Stay updated with the best training methods and modules
Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
Prepare hard copy training materials such as presentations, video module
Should train freshers on end-to-end RCM in a batch-wise manner Collaborate with management to identify training needs for all employees Review training needs monthly Schedule and perform pre- and-post-training assessments and monitor progress
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Excellent knowledge of US healthcare and the RCM process
Must have experience in training multiple and large batches
Should have a clear understanding of the Trainer role and must have Proven Coaching abilities
Strong Product & Process knowledge
Experience in creating and developing training content such as modules and process SOPs
DESIRED PROFILE
Minimum 5 years of US Healthcare experience (Mandatory experience in AR calling with Denial management and other additional experience in areas such as Credit Balance, authorization and patient calling will be preferable)
Minimum 2 years of on paper healthcare (AR process training) experience Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain strong and effective customer and internal relationships
Well versed in Soft Skills and training methodologies
Knowledge of US culture
Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques
Client Management skills
Must be working as a Process Trainer
Need medical billing experience only
Good with MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must demonstrate the ability to work independently & prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment
